I bought HP laptop from Reliance Digital store, Motihari,Bihar on 16th November which suddenly stopped working on 31st December, after that I visited the company store, store's manager said that your laptop's windows crashed, you have to pay money for this.
Then I paid the money,
After that he said that you come after two days and collect your laptop.
When I went to the store again after two days, it was told that after five days, they have not given my laptop yet.
On the contrary, took money from me, which the company fixes for free till the warranty period.
For this, I complained to the customer service center of the company many times, but there was no help from there.
It's a shame for such a big company to do such a small act.
